Ryders American Bulldog Sales Agreement/Deposit Placement Request
Pups are $1,000 + shipping (if necessary). A $300.00 deposit is required in order to hold a Pick. With certain breedings, male pups will be sold with 2 stud services back to Ryder’s American Bulldog Kennels. All arrangements and/or costs will be taken care of by us..
We guarantee our dogs free of Hip Dysplasia up to two years old.( Proof of will be provided with a PennHip evaluation ) If for any reason the animal is mistreated or not given the proper nutrition or vet care, such as all shots up to date, all guarantee’s will be void. Also if the dog is bred , protection trained, or weight pulled before 24 months of age this will void the guarantee also.
1. The balance of puppy purchase will be due when the pups are 6 weeks of age along with any shipping costs..
2. Puppy will arrive healthy, well-socialized, with all health records and registration papers. Puppies that are shipped will have a complete veterinary examination and guaranteed for 14 days against contagious or infectious disease that can be traced back to us from date of purchase.
3. Puppies must be examined by your veterinarian within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied, return the puppy and receive a replacement puppy of equal or greater value. Seller will not be responsible for veterinary bills occurred after 48 hours.
4. We guarantee puppy to be free of congenital defects for two years. If puppy is Diagnosed with a congenital defect, it will be replaced. For a puppy to be replaced you have to meet this conditions.(1) Either spay or neuter the pet and keep it (2) Put the pup down and receive a new pup.( we require proof from your vet of being put down.)(3)send the pup back to us at your expense and receive a new pup. *Only in special circumstances will money be refunded*
5. If the animal is cared for in any way which would be detrimental to its health and well-being, seller has the right to reclaim the animal at the expense of the buyer. Legal action will incur if necessary.
6. Deposits are a commitment to hold a puppy for you, and are non-refundable. Buyers can Move a deposit to a different litter if it becomes necessary.
*** The “Ryders Kennels ” prefix will be carried on all puppies/adult animals produced by Ryder’s American Bulldogs on his/her name in any and all registries ***
